I go back and forth between "Sheik Yerbouti" and "Was Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention Just Another Band from LA" as my favorite Zappa offering. "Sheik Yerbouti" may very well be the greatest album title in history, however. And the first three songs really just stick it to you. Primarily in the ass. So we can all be Catholic today.
